Today we made a bar graph and a pie chart to see the probabilities of the total outcomes (What happened if someone picks a cube with their eyes closed, whats the chance of it being that coloured block) We used google sheets to achieve this.

Today for maths me and my math group learned to plot coordinates (On Cartesian Plane) using algebra. We followed and figured out the sequence / pattern that we had to follow to get the answer. The Basic rule was “+2”, the general rule was “n2 + 1.” It was really fun and interesting to do! To show our work we used Google Sheets to show our working out.
H (The Amount of Houses) Times 4 + 1 = S (Amount of Sticks)
20 (H) Times 4 + 1 = 81 (S)
For today’s math I was completeing my predictions IXL work! It was pretty fun trying to get the correct answers. The math was quite difficult was but it was fun and challenging. I found it very teachful. It helped me learn how to solve some predictions / get the most likely prediction.
This week for math I played prototec, Unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish but it was fun seeing if I got anything correct or wrong. Next was hit the button. I tried to practise my reaction time and get better at quick thinking and I did! I played double up to 1000 and doubles to 100.
For this week’s maths were currently learning about perimeter and area. For the first rotation (Every few minutes we rotate in our maths learning For Eg : IXL – > Math Choice board. ) This was really fun! Though it was slightly difficult I was able to make great progress in my math (Perimeter and Area).
After that I went on choice board and decided to play Prodigy! It was also fun, It actually happens to be my favourite math game / math learning website.
(What Perimeter and area is: )
Perimeter is the outside of the shape for example : O : The outside / outline of the circle is the perimeter!
Area is the space that the shape covers so its

This week we’re learning about length and perimeter. My partners Carter and Mason tried to find the length of the play – ground. So we used a measuring tape to find the diameter. The first edge / border of the play – ground was
Thirteen (Point) Eight In Metres ? (13 . 8 Metres) ,
Three – Hundred and Eight In Centimetres,
and Three – Thousand and eighty Milimetres.
Unfortunately we couldn’t find the other borders but here are some photos of my buddies’ and I holding the measuring tape!
